  • 1 room for office and reception Study with 20-25 m²
  • 20 m² kitchen
  • 10 m² storage room
  • 3 bedrooms for employed caretaker, cook and their children (possible construction of a small house next to the building)
  •  Outdoor play area
  •  First aid room
  •  Roof terrace
  •  Garden area
  •  Surface water catchment area
  •  Water treatment area
  •  Preparation for generating energy through solar energy
